MB6 series diesel generator set manual synchronization control panel can be used with all types of diesel generator set constitutes a stand-alone power generation or power generation system. The panel adopts Minco 330 display unit and reverse power protection unit. 6714+ synchronizer instructions & displays manual synchronization & adjustment process. When mains failure, manually start first generator set and close MCCB, 1# mains generator set load; When first generator exceeds rated power, manually start second generator and adjust accelerograph, then output voltage/frequency of second generator set equal first generator’s 6714+ displays synchronization, then button “ SYNCHRONIZATION”, output switch of second generator sets is closed, to achieve synchronized load.
Compared to MB8 automatic synchronization system, MB6 series completely manual operates & adjust two generator sets to achieve the same frequency, voltage, but do not have automatic load and protection generator set function.
